Savory Danish Blue Cheesecake – Danish Blue Cheesecake served with grilled pear chutney, candied pecans, baby greens and raspberry drizzle

Smoked Duck Sausage Cutting Board – 4 oz. smoked duck sausage served with pear chutney, vine ripened raisins, candied walnuts and American Chevre (Laura Chenel, Sonoma, CA)

Prosciutto & Fig with Arugula and Parmesan – Prosciutto parma, fresh figs and arugula drizzled with balsamic topped with shaved parmesan. 

Caprese Salad – Vine ripe crimson tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil topped with capers drizzled with balsamic reduction and cold pressed, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil.

House Salad – Mixed greens, jicama, carrots, red onions and fried wonton tossed in sweet chili vinaigrette

Parmesan Crusted Swordfish – 8 oz. center cut swordfish crusted with parmesan, served over wilted spinach and creamy polenta finished with a red pepper and rosemary coulis

Chicken Cordon Bleu – Chicken breast stuffed with gruyere and country ham served with green beans almondine and honey Dijon cream

Pork Shank Osso Buco – Braised pork served over saffron risotto with garlic green beans

12 oz. Grilled Rib Eye – with caramelized onions, Danish blue cheese and criminis served with green beans and roasted red potatoes
